No. Easy-Shipping-Online is cloud-based, so you can use the software from any device – whether you’re in the office, on the road or working from home.
Can I integrate my company logo into the invoices?
Yes! Your company logo is displayed on all documents such as invoices, transport orders and order confirmations .
What payment methods are available?
We offer a flexible prepaid model with no contract terms. For example, you can pay conveniently by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or SEPA bank transfer
Is the software GDPR-compliant?

Can the software create e-invoices?

Yes, with Easy-Shipping-Online you can store your own SMTP data. Invoices, transport orders and order confirmations are sent directly to your company e-mail address – for a professional appearance and better delivery rates.
What is an e-bill?
The e-invoice in ZUGFeRD format is a standardized electronic invoice format that combines both a human-readable PDF and machine-readable XML data. This allows invoices to be processed much faster and more efficiently – especially in conjunction with digital accounting systems. The e-invoice is tax and legally compliant and fulfills all legal requirements for electronic invoicing. E-invoicing will be mandatory for the B2B sector in Germany from January 1, 2025. With Easy-Shipping-Online, you are already well prepared and can easily send e-invoices in the correct format by e-mail.
